August 2019 wurden die Vertr\u00e4ge unterzeichnet. <strong>Vodafone \u00fcbernimmt Unitymedia!<\/strong> Somit werden die Kabelnetze von Unitymedia in Deutschland, Rum\u00e4nien, Ungarn und Tschechien an Vodafone \u00fcbergehen. Vodafone beabsichtigt in unmittelbarer N\u00e4he eine Werbestrategie zur Gewinnung neuer Kunden zu starten. In allen deutschen Bundesl\u00e4ndern wird Vodafone nun erstmals eine eigene Infrastruktur f\u00fcr Breitbandinternet besitzen.<\/p>\n<p>Alles andere als g\u00fcnstig war dieser Deal aber anscheinend. Alleine 18,4 Milliarden Euro hat Vodafone f\u00fcr die \u00dcbernahme von Unitymedia bezahlt. Weitere Investitionen in H\u00f6he von 12 Milliarden Euro sind geplant f\u00fcr den Ausbau der Netze und die Schaffung neuer Gigabit- Anschl\u00fcssen.<\/p>\n<p>Da Vodafone in letzter Zeit mit Umsatzverlusten k\u00e4mpfen musste, ist es nat\u00fcrlich um so wichtiger neue Kunden zu gewinnen. Vodafone plant mit dem Netzausbau und den passenden attraktiven Angeboten viele neue Kunden zu ergattern.<\/p>\n<p>Die Telekom muss nun zittern!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Am 01.
